Tickets for digital journalism conference news:rewired have now sold out, with more than 200 attendees due to attend the one-day event on 20 September.
We have a fantastic line-up of speakers from news outlets including BBC News, the Guardian, GigaOM, Quartz, ITV News, Wall Street Journal, VICE UK and many more.
The event is being held at MSN UK’s offices in Victoria, London.
Announcing Tableau as latest sponsor of news:rewired
We’re pleased to announce Tableau as the latest sponsor of digital journalism conference news:rewired, which takes place on Friday 20 September.
Tableau’s data analyst Maxime Marboeuf will join the event’s mapping workshop, also being delivered by the Guardian’s data editor James Ball. The 45-minute workshop will look at how journalists can use a number of different tools – such as Tableau Public – to visualise data on a map.

Zentrick’s co-founder Frederik Neus will join a panel looking at approaches to online video at the one-day event, which takes place on Friday 20 September. The conference is being held at MSN UK’s offices in Victoria, London – see the full agenda here.
In his news:rewired presentation, Neus will outline the key benefits of interactive video for news outlets, including the potential for an additional revenue stream, as well as the enhanced experience it offers for audiences.
The rest of the online video panel will feature Grant Bremner, head of Future TV at Future, Al Brown, head of video at VICE UK and Neal Mann, multimedia innovations editor for the Wall Street Journal.
