Carly’s SEO career started at the Daily Mail over 15 year ago, working with editors to integrate SEO best practices into newsrooms workflows. She spent three years in Canada, working across the Postmedia brands before dipping her toes into the agency world at digital marketing company Reshift Media in Toronto.
On returning to the UK she lead audience development at City AM before moving to The Sun to join the team in London and oversee the expansion of the-sun.com SEO department in NY. She’s co-chair of the AOP Audience Development steering group and after six and half years at News UK, she has returned to where it all started as global head of SEO at MailOnline.
